How do recurring shipments work?

Once you subscribe to a product, we automatically process and ship your order based on your chosen frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). You will receive a confirmation email before each shipment is dispatched.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes, you have full control over your schedule. Simply log into your account dashboard and select 'Pause' or 'Skip Shipment' at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I cancel my subscription?

What is your return policy for subscription boxes?

When will my first order ship?
